Global Shipping PolicyShipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location and the type of shipping selected based on available options at the time.
- Express delivery is only available in limited pin codes, we are working to expand the list of serviceable pin codes for express delivery and will be updating the same regularly.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur and you can reach out to senthil@cottontrends.in to enquire about the status of your order. Please give 48 hrs during normal BWD (Business Working Days – Mon to Fri, 10AM – 5PM IST) for us to get back to you.
- www.urbanvillahome.com (Urban Villa) currently only ships to addresses within the Indian Sub-Continent and any orders outside India cannot be accepted at this time.
- Please note that currently, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and any orders with these addresses may be cancelled at any time due to non-serviceability.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
